These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Raphzshots LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered under the Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone Authority, Government of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website at raphzshots.com, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

3. Services

Raphzshots LLC provides the following creative and media services in the UAE and internationally:

• Photography — corporate events, products, weddings, prenuptials, lifestyle
• Video Production — corporate films, brand campaigns, broadcast-ready content
• Digital Marketing — strategy, content, and performance campaigns
• Social Media Management — content creation, scheduling, and community growth

All services are subject to a separate written agreement, quotation, or booking confirmation between Raphzshots LLC and the client.

4. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit as specified in the project quotation. All fees, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate service agreement. Raphzshots LLC reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative works produced by Raphzshots LLC — including photographs, videos, graphics, and other media — remain the intellectual property of Raphzshots LLC until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, usage rights are transferred to the client as specified in the service agreement. Raphzshots LLC retains the right to use all produced content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making enquiries or bookings
• Ensure all necessary permits and permissions are obtained for shoot locations
• Ensure all individuals appearing in content have provided appropriate consent
• Communicate any changes to project scope in a timely manner

7. Limitation of Liability

Raphzshots LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement. In general, deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. All content on this website — including text, images, videos, and logos — is the property of Raphzshots LLC and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

Raphzshots LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
